A lot has happened in this month so I'll try to summarize as best as I can:
WORK
Obviously I've been working a lot. I'm finally getting used to the long hours... Probably too comfortable with them because I'm now usually up until about 3 or 4 a.m. even if I didn't work that night.
A lot of cute things have happened at work! I saw a proposal in front of the castle on night and it was magical.
After Wishes, we sing the song if we're on parade clean up and a lady loved it so much she asked to take a pic with the custodians. It was pretty funny because she was also getting into the song!
Kids really are hilarious! One night I was working bypass so I have a light saber to direct traffic. One night a girl was talking non-stop to her mom, looked at me and in the middle of her sentence said "I like your light saber" and then continued right on with the conversation with her mom. It was definitely a "you had to be there moment" but I couldn't stop laughing at it. That same night a boy walked by and saw that I had a red light saber and asked if I was on the dark side (assuming it's from Star Wars, but I don't watch the movies so I'm not really sure). His mom did a double take at him and then laughed and said "that's my boy!" She must be a huge Star Wars fan.
Another night I saw a girl wearing a "Happy Birthday" pin so I said happy birthday to her and asked how old she was turning. Her response was golden: "I'm turning 13 tomorrow, but I'm staying 12." Her mom looked at me and said, "She loves Peter Pan." This girl knows how to stay true to her favorite character!
July 3rd was just as crowded at July 4th because MK does the same fireworks that day. Unfortunately it was storming pretty bad that night so everyone on bypass couldn't do their job. The good part about that meant we were able to go around and make magical moments! My friend Zoe and I went around handing out stickers to little kids. We found a few that were crying because they were so scared of the storm so we told them the stickers had magical powers and Mickey asked us to give it to them. We told them to put it on their heart and whenever they got scared they could put their hand on the sticker and they would know they were safe. The kids weren't as scared and the parents were glad we were there to help calm them down... And they all got free stickers!
The Fourth of July was quit an experience. Going into work I heard really loud music. After I changed and left the locker room I saw that they had a DJ in the tunnel and were handing out bags for cast member appreciation day!
PARKS
In my off time I have been going to the parks, as usual. I've been to Hollywood Studios and have done the Art of Animation twice, which is good because it is closing soon (sore subject for me... It's my favorite part of Hollywood Studios).
There was a dance party in HS and we danced with Mickey. Who can say they have dance parties with their boss? I also became an honorary citizen of Disney World that day!
I've watched the Festival of Fantasy a few times and decided it's one of my favorite events at Disney. I finally got Flynn Rider to wave at me, as well, so my life is almost complete (I have to meet him first, obviously).
I ate at Tony's one day for Rachel's birthday and then we went to Epcot. I met Duffy and truly understand why people love him. I didn't get it before, but he is the cutest bear ever.
After the 3rd of July, Zoe and I went back up to the park after work to look at the castle at night because it was lit up special. That was my first holiday in the park and although it was crowded, it was amazing to see firework and the castle in a special way.
I met Rapnuzel again and it was amazing. We talked about how I saw Pascal at her tower and how Maximus isn't as lucky as Pascal because he can't hide.
I also met Ariel and she has the best puns. Here are a few:
1) Selfie = Shelfie
2) Instagram = Instaclam
3) Definitely = Dolphinitely
4) Fantastic = Fintastic
As you can imagine, conversations with Ariel are hilarious.

I did Enchanted Tales with Belle, as well, and was chosen to be Mrs. Potts, which is also what I was when I was here with my family a few years ago.
CELEBRITIES
There has been a few more celebrities enjoying the Disney parks, including Jessica Alba and Drew Brees (very upset I never saw him).
I did, however, see Liam Payne from One Direction. I had heard he was in Orlando earlier that week but hadn't heard if he was in MK at all. I got to work early one day so I watched the FOF parade from Liberty Square. I then got on my phone and looked at Instagram and saw that Liam had just posted a picture of him and his girlfriend watching the parade. I later found out it was about 20 feet from where I was watching it.
I still had time to spare so I began searching everywhere for him. Kellie was also in the park so I found her and made sure she gave me updates while I was at work. I eventually had to get ready for work so my search was done.
Kellie texted me a little bit after I left her that she saw him. She found me later and told me how he was on Splash Mountain and his entire family was with him. I figured he would be back in the lands for most of the day until the parade and Wishes were happening so I wasn't searching too much for him. I had a break during Wishes so I was going to look at the fast pass area, assuming he had one. Once I saw how packed it was I knew I wouldn't even get a glimpse. I saw Kellie as she was leaving and she said they already ushered him through the bypass, so I had assumed he had left. Not going to lie, I was heartbroken I didn't see him.
A bit later my friend Laura told me to go to a certain break area. As soon as I got there and turned the corner I accidentally ran into his girlfriend. I looked up and said sorry and then realized they were all there. Way to make an impression! They were blocking the entire walkway so I said excuse me so I could get through (even though I had no purpose to). Right as that happened I got a call to clean up a spill so I turned around and started to walk back out just as they were. I realized I still had my phone out so I stepped to the side to put it away but as I was Liam and his entire family were all looking at me, thinking I was taking a picture. I was really just putting it away before I went back onstage. All I wanted was a glimpse of Liam, so running into him was more than I could've asked for.
